Immunization Clinic Registration

VNA Community Services is pre-booking on-site immunization clinics for the 2026-2027 season.  Flu clinics will be scheduled the last week of September through early November contingent on vaccine availability on a first come, first served basis.

The decision to immunize helps to protect our community from the serious effects of influenza. Studies show flu vaccination results in decreased work absenteeism and increased productivity. When you choose VNA’s professional, experienced nurses, you support a local, non-profit healthcare organization.

We will contact you within 4 business days to confirm your clinic registration. Every effort is made to schedule your preferred date and time, but please provide an alternate date and time. All clinic scheduling is contingent upon vaccine availability.

VNA is Paperless

Consent forms and payment options are in an electronic format and completed at the time of the encounter. In addition to our records at VNA, under Health and Safety Code 120440, all administered vaccines are required to be submitted to the California Immunization Registry (CAIR) for all ages, effective January 1, 2023. PAYMENT & INSURANCE OPTIONS

• Invoice billing for corporate groups – additional $250 fee for service. 501(c)(3)non-profit organizations are exempt from the $250.00 on-site fee.

• VNA accepts all forms of self-payment at time of service: Cash, Check, Credit Card
