We are proud to announce that Nadereh Nasseri, RN, CHPN, Transitional Care Coordinator with VNA & Hospice has been nominated for the 2017 Outstanding Women Award, presented by the Monterey County Commission.

Each year there are up to 10 nominees selected.  The successful nominee exhibits their  dedication to improve the quality of life for others in their community, that they are actively engaged in the service of their community and they must demonstrate a commitment to the improvement of their society, neighborhood, community, nation, and world.
