In order to provide the safest and best immunization experience for our patients, we have made changes to our flu prevention program. Organizations must adhere to the guidelines in our new COVID-19 Clinic Safety Contract. Your organization may now choose from three clinic format options to best fit your needs:
1. On-site clinic at your location with modifications for physical distancing and safety guidelines
2. Curbside or outdoor clinic at your location if you have a safe, appropriate parking lot or area available
3. Saturday afternoon drive thru clinic at our VNA office in Monterey. Available on October 3, 10, 17 or 24 after 1 p.m.

Once you choose an option, you may register for a clinic. Don't worry - the VNA can work with you to decide what might work best for you.

Register your business, school, or group by selecting one of the options below. A VNA representative will contact you within 3 days of receiving the form.
Reduced rates for clinics with more than 50 participants.
For less than 25 participants, on-site clinic fee – $75
